“My Dream"

With the support of the Chinese Embassy and the Brisbane Consulate, ACCCA organised the China Disabled People’s Performing Art Troupe to tour Australia and presented in Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth its amazing spectacular show of “My Dream".  The performance achieved great success and was warmly welcomed by all Australian audiences.  In particular the dance “Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva" moved the hearts of every attendee.

After the presentation in Brisbane QPAC Concert Hall, ACCCA arranged a function for the Chinese disabled artists to meet with local disabled people.  ACCCA also made a donation to local organizations serving the needs of people with special needs.

“Music in Splendid Attire"

ACCCA’s most bold trial in promotion Chinese performing arts was in April 2006 to work jointly with A-List Entertainment and Laing Special Events bringing in the China National Orchestra to tour 11 Australian cities presenting its well acclaimed show “Music in Splendid Attire".  ACCCA was in charge to organise five presentations at Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Nambour in Queensland.

The tour was great success and overwhelming.  The Queensland government and local city councils issued five media release especially for the tour and the local newspapers and TV widely reported and covered the show.  The visit of China National Orchestra became an important cultural event in Queensland and ACCCA is proud of being able to contribute in promotion Chinese national music to overseas.
